Stage 2 Construction Update at Yarrimbah Heights!🔨🚜

Construction of Yarrimbah Drive has now largely been complete with the Civil Contractor completing the final works required to allow the road to open to the public!

This construction has not been without its challenges given the dramatic elevation changes across the site and the significant volume of rainfall through the winter, which meant the construction of the road was slower than anticipated.

Encouragingly our Stage 2 Civil Contractor has taken possession of site to begin the installation of the fencing, clearing of building envelopes, and installing crossovers for the new lots! 🚧

We now forecast that Stage 2 lots will be completed and achieve practical completion by March 2025, access for surveyors and valuers available in April 2025 and titles expected to be issued May 2025!👏🏼✨
